Keto Chocolate Sour Cream Cupcakes
Ingredients
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 cups of sugar substitute (I use Swerve)
1 cup of finely milled almond flour ( sift the almond flour for best results)
½ cup of coconut flour
3 teaspoons of baking powder
½ teaspoon of sea-salt
1 cup of strong coffee
½ cup sour cream
½ cup of melted butter cooled
2 eggs
