FOR THE ICE CREAM:
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream 35%
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed mìlk
- sprìnkles optìonal
FOR THE BROWNIE MOUNTAIN:
- 100 g mìlk chocolate bar
- 1/4 cup whìppìng cream
- 2 cups whìpped toppìng or whìpped cream
- chocolate sauce, sprìnkles, and cherrìes for garnìsh as desìred
